ClipHelix supports lawful, transformative video creation, commentary, criticism, news reporting, teaching, and scholarship under established Fair Use principles. When using third-party footage:
- You should add meaningful original value, critique, commentary, or transformative context to source footage.
- You must not use ClipHelix to facilitate unauthorized pirated broadcasts, mass distribution of full-length unedited films, or wholesale duplication of third-party media.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You agree not to use ClipHelix AI to produce, edit, or disseminate:
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or defamation targeting individuals or protected groups.
- Non-consensual sexual imagery, explicit deepfakes, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Content designed to deceive, manipulate financial markets, or promote fraudulent schemes.
- Malicious code, spyware, or security exploits.
