ClipHelix AI respects the intellectual property rights of creators and content owners and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512, “DMCA”), we maintain standard procedures to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

1. In-Browser Client Architecture Notice

Please note: ClipHelix does not host, store, index, or distribute user video files on our servers.Video processing occurs entirely inside the user’s local web browser session memory. Therefore, ClipHelix servers do not contain copies of user video files that can be taken down remotely.

2. Submitting a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe that any content hosted directly on our marketing or documentation domains infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing:

• A physical or electronic signature of the authorized copyright owner.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its URL location.
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate.
